How to make the sign greater than or equal to and less than or equal to on the PC keyboard?

  • Type “> +” in the Shortcut field.

For the less or equal sign, for example:

  • Create a new shortcut.
  • Paste “≤” into the Phrase field.
  • Enter “<=” in the Shortcut field.

For Android OS:

  • The greater or equal sign is written: $ \ ge $ or $ geq $
  • The lesser or equal sign is written: $ \ le $ or $ leq $

You should bear in mind that if you are on a laptop, you should probably make these shortcuts with the FN number keys. For example, press ALT + FN + the number of the sign you are looking for.

Guide insert greater or equal with Word

In Microsoft Word, you can effortlessly type some special symbols right from your keyboard.

One of them is the copyright symbol ©, which you can insert by entering the text (C) and letting AutoCorrect do the rest.

There are other symbols that are available as second keys on the keyboard. One is the # sign, which you can insert by pressing Shift + 3.

However, other symbols are not as easy to type on the keyboard. One is the symbol Greater than or equal to (≥).
