How to share a video from Facebook to WhatsApp

Sharing Facebook videos on WhatsApp has become one of the most popular tasks. Millions of users around the world send content of this type throughout the day, either because they consider it fun, interesting or necessary for the rest of their contacts.   2. Click on the icon of the three dots.
  3. Select ” Copy link.”
  4. Go to WhatsApp and open a new conversation with the person you want to share the video with.
  5. Paste the link from the clipboard. To do this, press and hold the message box for a few seconds and select ” Paste.”
  6. Send the message.

At the end you will be able to see the video in the chat window, without having to use another application or leave the conversation.

Using an external app

  1. Go to Facebook and find the video you want to download.

You can share Facebook videos in your WhatsApp statuses easily. You just have to follow the steps that were explained above, as the case may be. However, something that is worth clarifying is that, if you choose to upload a direct link to your story, only the textual content will be seen.

Since, until now , it is not possible to view the video by only copying the link in the WhatsApp statuses, this is a feature that only works in the chat windows. While, if you download the file to your cell phone, you can share it without any problem and everyone in your contact list will see it without having to enter Facebook.

Share videos from Facebook on WhatsApp Web

In case the file you want to share has been downloaded from Facebook to your computer, you can share it through WhatsApp Web. This desktop version of the application allows you to use a large part of the existing functions in the mobile version.

Once you have logged into your account from https://web.whatsapp.com/ you will only have to click on the clip icon, just as you would on your cell phone. Then look for the file in the computer’s library and press the ” Send ” button. In the same way that it has been shown in previous sections, you can share a link that will allow the recipient to see the video on their mobile, as has already been detailed.
